The founder frequently used his local classifieds and as a buyer was often frustrated by the time and energy expended driving to people's homes,
only to be disappointed that the 'goods' were not 'as advertised.' When it came to selling or renting he often felt the same frustration!
How could he eliminate this problem and have only the truly interested contact him, he thought. And how great would it be if there was a simple,
quick and easy solution to showing potential buyers what he was selling? smtg.com was born.

On an average day, there are millions of items listed in classified ads. People read the classifieds to buy find and rent in the many categories
listed above.
smtg.com will soon have local sites serving Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Latin America,

The Competition
